Playing an Emerald randomizer and as a starter I got a Deoxys by chance.

I selected it but thanks to Game Freak's silly anti-cheat, it won't obey me and I'm stuck with it, and I can't find any codes to make it obey me!
Wonderful, and I really wanted to use it.

Can't you just use a code to replace the bad eggs with some other pokemon and then let those pokemon go. I seem to recall doing that with bad eggs before.

Well now I feel stupid, I didn't think of that.

But it would've been unfeasible anyways. I was doing a run where I couldn't ditch my starter, which turned out to be Scizor, and... The Bad Egg is the Scizor.
Could have replaced it with another, but technically it isn't the same one.
