A while ago I made a huge mistake. I restarted my Black after the beat the Elite four. Now I went to do the Game Sync for the dreamworld and the code it gives me is already in use or some crap. I guess the game card doesn't use the same code more than once or something. So not only did I lose my Event Victini (got it back from a different event but missed out on the added area) but I lost out on my dreamworld...lame.

There are better things you can get if you use it more. Especially if you like perma-weather. I juxt love that you can have up to three abilities to consider now, though.

Reading that as someone who has no shiny made me hate you so much.
Man, I haven't had an actual competitive battle before. I've just been spending tons of time strategizing, and I'm going to be doing this Autumn Friendly thing.
Basically, I'm just worried that these things I'm coming up with won't work as well as I had hoped.

Don't worry about it. As long as you have your strategy down pat, you should have a fair chance against any opponent.
I've seen one in Ruby and in Diamond. I saw the Gyrados in Gold, but everyone saw that. Haven't run in to any in Gold or Black otherwise.

i wish I found shinies and caught them. I only remember seeing one shiny. But it was in the very early stage of the game where you don't have pokeballs yet.
That's one of my biggest fears in a pokemon game. I'd hate to run in to a shiny at the start.

i've noticed a few people like me who have that "Bright New Beginning" where the first pokemon you meet are shiny... but you have no pokeballs...
on hg, idk why, but for the last 15min. of the day, i found nothing but shinies...
and then, i got the pokeballs and saw no more...

I caught it in Union cave when I decided to randomly fish in the first water spot when you enter.
I was happy and mad at the same time seeing you get the shiny Gyarados for free later on but meh I guess it counts.

People told me you get a "free" one of these in Black/White 2 but fuck that I hatched mine in First Black. He's fricking awesome.

It's funny because I found Pokerus naturally once on a Black game and that's around three times more rare than finding a shiny :v:
