I don't know, he sent a profile message about his deviantart right after I subtly called him out on being retarded / adhd, because I guess that's just what you do when you suspect someone of having verbally abused you right?
Anyways his characters sucked on many levels, I didn't want to flat out say it and tried to write a huge essay that would subtly poke at how he considered himself "openly gay" but then I lost the will to continue and just flat out told him anyways. Cue 12-year-old tantrum.

But I can't decide on a nature/EV spread/movepool for him. He has too many options. If Contrary was released, I wouldn't have this problem. Hmmph.

He has a lot of options if you don't use cookie cutter spreads and movepools for baby's first Serperior.

Having loads of options =/= having loads of viable options or options that are done far better by other Pokemon.
Feel free to use whatever you want tho.
Serperior objectively has the least options out of the three starters.
Samurott is pretty much: Use special attacks, run a Swords Dance set, or go mixed, maybe having Toxic on the side somewhere because of his incredibly shallow movepool. Emboar is practically the same thing, albeit being physical instead of special, lacks Swords Dance but makes up for it with a wider array of attacks.
Serperior can go special with Calm Mind, go physical with Coil/Swords Dance, use Screens, can trap, phaze, and has plenty of recovery and support moves that can also be used for walling/stalling. Sounds plenty viable to me. He might not be as quick to dish out the damage because of his mediocre attacking stats, but he's still a great Pokemon.
Also if I'm using Pokemon just because they're better than the Pokemon that I actually want to use... well... that's just really lame. v:v:v
