Just starting Black 2...
WHY IS PURRLOIN SUCH SHIT
Edit:
To be clear I didn't bother catching one originally in Black, so I had no clue beforehand lol
I find some of them real shit during their first forme but get a lot better when they evolve, like the Grass/Fire/Water monkeys and that Electric Zebra.
I had the Grass Monkey and Zebstrika's first form. They were shit, but as soon as they evolved they seemed to get better.

it's not like any of the pokemon in the starting grass are top shit, I didn't bother catching anything until venipede and growlithe
True, but I'm not planning on keeping them for long anyhow.
Once I get my first badge I'm ditching everything for a new set of eggs for a starter team.
Magnet Rise is not really worth it; slap an Air Balloon, throw out a sub, and start to wreck steels with 130 base SpAtk.
This is for a playthrough in Black 2.

Um, Lillipup is the shit, stand off you noob.
Stoutland's stats are pretty slick.
He can hit hard with 100 base attack and 90 base speed, and can take many hits with 85/90/90 defenses, especially with Intimidate/Snarl.
For a playthrough I still recomend Magnezone over Magneton.

you did not just call dunsparce "eh" >:C
yawn -> defense curl/coil -> rollout best wombo all wombos. Can take out entire gym leaders with nary a scratch. If you get the 2 or 3 needed hits on the first Pokémon for fainting you're insured OHKO's if you hit the next Pokémon. Add in Leftovers and you'll never need to heal unless you're low on PP.
What should I try to find to beat down Drayden? I assume I want some sort of Ice but I'm not even sure where to find one. I have Genesect and shit, but Steel isn't nearly as effective as I was thinking, and they die so fast. Maybe a Dragon I can find?
You know the area where you landed from skyla's plane that's really dusty/desert-y? (can't remember it's name)
You can catch a trapinch there, I fucking love my Flygon and I wonder where it's been all my life. Such a good dragon.
So this is my White 2 team at this moment, just after beating Elesa (It's a good thing Trapinch learns Rock Slide now, her gym was easy as pie thanks to that :v:):

I still need a Water-type for the 6th slot. Any suggestions?
Huge Power Azumarill.

give golbat a soothe bell so it'll evolve, as for a water type:
Huge Power Azumarill.
Wait....
That's it?...
[sp]Beat Getsis and Black Kyurem, but.... THAT'S IT!? THAT'S ALL THERE FUCKIN' IS FOR THE PLOT!? What happened to Unova freezing over!? The fact that Kyurem is this massive threat and shit!?[/sp]
The plots were never good for the games, but Black and White 1 had a stronger plot and scenes than Black 2 and White 2 [sp]N's Castle taking over the Pokemon League and everything afterwards was pretty amazing for a Pokemon game[/sp]
Also, end main story team;

I'm focusing on evolving him now since I already got Lucario, I think I only need a couple of levels now , so that's no problem.
About water types, I was thinking of something that could use Surf, but I think that's also a good alternative. Time to catch an Azurill then

i fucking love dunsparce im just bitter because i caught one and trained it to like lv15 and then realized it had the wrong ability

Awesome, the Habitat says his second form is in Reversal Mountain, but either it's really rare or encounters in this game don't work like I expect.

I've got a Vaporeon and Flygon lined up for dealing with Dragon types. There's a Water Stone on Route 20 if you surf northwest. It learns Aurora Beam by level and you could always find/buy Ice Beam.
Alright, so my final team I've decided to use was what I posted a week or two ago (Serperior, Lapras, Castform, Scrafty, Sigilyph, and Golurk), but removing Castform and adding Magnezone.
Also since I stopped watching the anime early 3rd gen and started getting back into it recently, I never heard what Magnezone sounded like.

oh my god
I'm a little miffed.
Black 2 came in the mail yesterday, just as we were leaving for a weekend vacation.
The hotel has the usual stupid backwards-ass password thing you have to put in before you can use the internet and I don't know how to work that on a 3DS so I can't do anything related to WiFi until late tomorrow.
Blegh...

I'm assuming it's an open, unpassworded network that they want you to log in on a webpage with. At that point, just use the system's web browser and it should hopefully automatically open the page where you can put it in.

My thoughts exactly when I was watching that movie, completely lost it when it tackled the train.
Did anyone happen to notice a glitched tile of grass in Floccesy Ranch?
Pics?
Why's Pokémon always gotta hold your hand?
>first Gym, normal type
>LET'S GIVE HIM A FIGHTING POKEMON :D (ok admitedly, it's rare)
>second gym, poison type
>LET'S GIVE HIM A STEEL POKEMON :D
>third gym, bug type
>flying types are already common due to pidgey clones EVERYWHERE
>also LET'S GIVE HIM ROCK TYPES :D
>fourth gym, electric type
>LET'S GIVE HIM GROUND TYPES :D
>fifth gym, ground type
>LET'S GIVE HIM A WATER/FLYING TYPE :D
>sixth gym, flying type
>LET'S GIVE HIM ELECTRIC TYPES :D
>LET'S GIVE HIM ROCK TYPES :D
I'm guessing there's no Ice before Drayden, though, since everyone complains about that. Chargestone gives you the electrics for the final Gym, though I'd bet there's a bunch of grass types about.
Sorry if it took long to post a picture. It's the first time that I had to.
But anyways, here is a picture, with a red circle showing the glitched tile.
