PULLED THIS, FUCK YEAH. [IMG_thumb]http://pokebeach.com/news/0612/92-giratina-ex.jpg[/IMG_thumb] Got two packs of Dragons Exalted, first pack had this bastard.

they also mention Magikarp isn't actually edible in that episode iirc. then it evolves into gyarados and almost kills James
they also mention Magikarp isn't actually edible in that episode iirc. then it evolves into gyarados and almost kills James
They do, I just happened to watch this exact same ep for nostalgia's sake with a friend of mine this day.
Just found a very helpful tool: http://www.psypokes.com/dex/typeanalysis.php
[img] I've decided this is terrible as nobody can tank a hit, I'm ditching Zoroark and Crobat, can you guys suggest any beefier pokemon? I'll probably go Altaria instead of Crobat.
Why Alteria and not Dragonite? They're basically the same thing but with betters stats and moves. (Multiscale makes dragonite one the strongest pokemon in the game). If you want to add a bit more variety Mandibuzz or Honchcrow are both dark and flying type. (Mandibuzz is more tanky though and as a result is more likely to meet your requirements.) If you choose to go with a dark/flying combo I'd probably recommend you look into a rock type to cover your weakness to ice, bug, and flying. I like aggron and regirock
Magikarp meal
Slowpoke tail
Guys guys Eelektross or guys guys seriously I can't decide guys Eelektross or Galvantula.
brolektross
I personally love Eelektross. I know nothing about Galvantula, though, so I don't know.

I would recommend that you get a dragon like Salamence, and teach it Stone edge. the hit% is a little lower than some moves, but it's such a good pokemon. you can get a hold of an Excadrill and teach it a rock type move, then you'd have a whole bunch of type coverage from Rock/Steel/Ground but then again I was into the competitive scene for a while so the way I look at things are potentially different than the way you look at things.
Eelektross has no weaknesses, literally. Galvantula goes down from a puff of flame. Both are electric. Bugs do nothing to most types. Your call.
so started a randomiser leaf green and my 3 starting pokemon are: which one should i go for ? edit: deiced to go for sandshrew
There was once an episode in the anime where the main antagonist was a surprisingly dangerous Togepi. You can make an almost perfect analogy to the current NU metagame with that knowledge, with Cinccino as Togepi and the rest of the metagame as Ash and his gang. This is all because of the release of Skill Link, which has put Cinccino in an interesting position; with the proper coverage move, it can OHKO or 2HKO nearly any Pokemon in the entire tier. This is because Cinccino's main STAB move, as well as its main coverage moves, have an effective Base Power of 125 due to Skill Link, with the added benefit of breaking through Sturdy and Substitute. Combine this with a decent base 95 Attack and blazing Speed, and Cinccino becomes the cutest and arguably the most dangerous attacker in the entire metagame.
What The Fuck
So, I started Emerald like a week ago (don't kill me please, I'm into pokémanz only since 3 months ago :S). I'm trying to beat it (by beating it I mean beating the Elite Four) without any walkthroughs or asking Google "is X worth training". I have 3 badges now, I'm back in Rustboro and my team is composed of: -Marshtomp (Lv. 26) -Sableye (Lv. 24) -Gyarados (Lv. 23) -Swellow (Lv. 24) -Kirlia (Lv. 20) -Gloom (Lv. 23) So, should I throw something away, change a Pokémon or something else?

Wrecked Lorelei with it due to it having access to non-Water type moves. Well, thanks for replying. I can also list their moves, but that probably would be boring.
honestly though if you're new to pokemon i'd say just use whoever you want, it makes the games so much more fun to discover things on your own
this^ I had so much fun training a ditto to level 60 ( I named him CARLOS), and on retrospect it seems like such a poor choice, also I had 3 grass types
[...] also I had 3 grass types
I had 3 Water types back in LeafGreen. A bit of a struggle, but it can be done.
Back in the days before I could read, I would play Pokemon Red and always pick new game. Never knew how to save. My character would always be AAAAAAAAA and my rival would always be AAAAAAAAA So I ended up doing the first bit of the game over and over And then I learned how to read somewhat. And the game got a whole lot better. Until I picked up Blue (Brother's game) and went through the Elite Four... I was using Blastoise and I kept reading "Bide" as "Bite" and I was crying, yelling "WHY ISN'T HE BITINGGGGGGGGG" Then my brother came by and looked for a sec and said ".... This says bide, not bite." And then I immediately stopped crying and went back to playing it. I don't remember if I won.

less furbait more defense
less furbait more defense
Um, Umbreon and Gliscor are more than enough defense for a story run. And you're one to talk about furbait.
how would you know anything about that
So how's your Pokemon fetish?
what makes you think that isn't bullshit
Dude it's your signature it's obviously a 100% representation of who you are. Stop trying to dodge the question.
What is this? Anyway, I decided after all to put my Shiny Flygon and Shiny Krookodile up for trade. I'll miss them.
What is this? Anyway, I decided after all to put my Shiny Flygon and Shiny Krookodile up for trade. I'll miss them.
What are you asking for with them?
What are you asking for with them?
Other Shinies, mostly. Maybe, if a large amount of time passes, Keldeo or something.
Randomizer game? Sounds interesting, care to explain?
basically randomizes all of the pokemon from the starters to the wild Pokemon you can find. this is my current team in my emerald randomizer playthrough with snorelax been my starter also caught rayquaza as a level 5 and entei at level 8 [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/D13lx.png[/thumb]
