No, they are only events.
Besides, I think they don't count since they are event-only.
Hesitant to play Black 2 anymore until I get a DSi from my friend. I kinda want to make use of the pokemon I'm going to transfer from my Soul Silver...
Anyway, speaking of shinies, I'd love to get Fire Red and soft-reset for a shiny charmander. I'll probably trade the shiny Gible reward for a shiny Squirtle or something.

I'd use it on a Shiny if I just felt like things weren't going to end well. Other than that, though, the main use for a Master Ball for me is capturing roaming Legendaries.
There was a point where I had amassed three or four Master Balls on my Black. I think I have a Musharna in the PC somewhere in a Master Ball.

I've got a question about the TCG, can you use any pokemon cards, even ones form like 98? I have/had a pretty decent deck that used a bunch of the old machops, and I want to know if I could legally use it. Its a shame phoenix games shut down, I never got a chance to play a match
