Anybody got any tips for the Goldenrod Game Corner in HeartGold? It's like the only place I can get the fucking Thunderbolt TM, and it's 10,000 goddamn coins.
I always love using fire fang. Surprisingly often you'll get a flinch and a burn.

Ok who the fuck thought it would be a good idea to make baby Pokémon hard to catch? I realize that in the majority of the games you're not going to be finding them in the wild and catching them, but... still, they're all on par with starters and everything. It's really annoying because I'm playing a ROM hack and trying to catch a Smoochum with probably 2-3HP, and I CAN'T. I'm down to my last 2 Pokéballs and save states, and I can't catch it. It seems like everything is pre-determined, or at least calculating the same way every time because it always shakes 3 times on the first ball, and once on the second ball, and breaks out both times.

What the FUCK is up with the shake and catch calculations that no matter what ball I use, it ALWAYS calculates the same?

Same catch rate as their evos, combined with bad luck. But remember, could be worse. Could be Beldum.

Play 1 before 2, 2 can standalone but it's better if you know 1's story (which imo is better than 2s anyway)

You have to buy it from Walmart. There is also going to be a legendary event that will be given out, guess where it is going to be given out. Probably only will be released in this country(the country that the event is in).
EDIT: checked the news thing again, didn't say if it was shiny, just that it would relate to a shiny legendary.

Whenever I freeze something it thaws out the next fucking turn.
I remember when FRZ was the best status ailment hands down, but now...?
However when I'm frozen it lasts for enough for everything on my side to die.
