I've been playing Pokemon White after getting my 3DS a few days ago. Been having a lot of fun, despite the fact i haven't played a Pokemon game since I was around 8. I'm sort of stuck on clay right now, I need to level up my grass and water types. My goal is the catch a Porygon because that used to be my favorite Pokemon.
I will name him Billy, and he will be special.

Bad news but you can only get him in white forest if a certain person is there (no way to guarantee he will be unless you have a friend with Black)
Good news is I think I have a porygon on my cartridge.
Bad news is I currently don't have usable internet for overseas trades.
Good news is I will soon.
Bad news is my cartridge is missing.
Good news is, if I find my cartridge and I get my fucking internet sorted out, I'll breed you up a dang good porygon my friend.

i have a lilligant with Own tempo ability
using petal dance it destroys everything, and with own tempo is doesn't get confused doing it
Mine has Own Tempo too. :zoid:
I remember destroying the Battle Subway with only my Llligant. Sleep Powder, a bunch of Petal Dance, and then one shooting everything with Petal Dance.
Only sad thing is she almost only learn grass-type move.

Never avoid a trainer or wild battle. Sounds simple at first, but coupled with "no potions" and limited "poke center visits" you're gonna have a very large graveyard in your PC.

I always did a thing where I had to pay 1000 to use the pokecenter, I'd go buy 5 pokeballs and toss them every time I had to heal.
The rules I used:
Faint=Boxed until after E-4
Only allowed to catch first pokemon you encounter on any route
Not allowed to run from any battles
must battle all trainers
Pokecenters "cost" 1000
Items cost 5x as much (buy 10 pokeballs, and toss 8)
I enjoyed it for a bit.

Pokemon that I like and work well together.
For example, I want an electic type.
Really, I should get Elektross; it's an electric type with no weaknesses.
But I fucking HATE Elektross, so I'm probably going with Raichu or something instead. I don't get that sweet tasty "no weaknesses" annoyer, but I get a Pokemon that I actually like.
