Isn't the joke that the guy who gets thrown out says the only good idea?
mostly, but with this setup the comic builds-up the punchline (whatever the last guy says)
anyway, i hate to admit, but i don't even get this joke, what's bad about fire/fighting?

It being repeated on starters 3 times already

It's bad because the three previous starters were Fire/Fighting.
I wonder if the DNA Splicers from Black 2 and White 2 will have a comeback in the new games....
Naw, that couldn't happen.
I mean they wouldn't fuse two pokemon into one pokemon as a new mechinc for evolution or anything. That be silly.

Holy shite, this picture reminded me of something. Back when I was like, I dunno eight, one of my friends told me about this weird item that could morph two pokemon together. Like Latios and Latias or Aargron and Flygon. Being my gullible eight year old self I fully believed him. Now that I look back on it I wanna punch myself.
Has anybody got a spare Solosis they can trade? the GTS system has stupid requirements for basic pokemon
I finally beat the Elite 4 and champion in White 2, so heres my team.

Borrowing from my post earlier, what would be the best way to go about getting a Corphish with Adaptability? Should I just wait until I register one in the pokedex, then search the GTS for one?
Am I the only one who thinks steel should be SE vs dragon.
Ykno cuz like, knights kill dragons etc.

I kinda think its funny that the only thing effective against dragons is another dragon, two epic beasts waging a surefire fatal battle
and a snowball
is gen 4 worth playing? only one i havent tried yet.
is gen 4 worth playing? only one i havent tried yet.
gen5 is gen4 but 100% better
so , black & white 2 or Platinum. Haven't played either (though i played white 1 before).
BW2, you get everything Platinum has and more.
The original reason mightn't been dimensions, on which they built on the DNA theme.
Besides, I don't get the significance of that image :v:
I like Donut Girl :C
Made my mother play Pokemon White to see if she likes that type of game
In the first battle she says that the game is boring and always the same :v:
Yay HeartGold arrived in the mail already!

It's an RPG, I think it's normal for some people to not like those kind of games
Is there a relatively simple way to get a water stone somewhat early in the game? I've been trying to encounter one randomly by dust cloud at Chargestone Cave.
I want to evolve my Eevee into Vaporeon.

I'm playing Black 2, btw.

Nevermind, I used surf to get it back on Route 19. I'm gonna get some BP so I can get another one to evolve my Marill now.

Have fun getting all 16 gym badges. I was kinda ticked off how they even copy/pasted DIALOGUE from the original though lol

Well, that's because it's a remake of the original. They did the same thing in Firered/Leafgreen.
I btlitzed though the dragon gym with Billy the porygon, nothing can stop this bastard. (except fighting types)
Good to know Billy is doing alright  What level is he at now?

Well after playing it for 4 hours, I think I can say that it doesn't have nearly any of the issues I had with Black/White 2.
I'm sure Black/White 2 would be good for people who have played like all of the Pokemon games and need a change, but they are not good for beginners who watched a lot of the anime.
what does the anime have to do with anything? you can start playing with any pokemon game
what does the anime have to do with anything? you can start playing with any pokemon game
maybe the feel of having your lead pokemon out with you?
i dunno.
on a related note, why the hell do they not include that anymore
any new pokemon game that has that feature would be an instant buy for me
(hell i'd pre-order it years in advance if i had too.)
B/W/B2/W2 are good games unless they're your first Pokemon games (which they were for me)
After watching so much of the anime and seeing all the big forests and small towns and the original Pokemon from Gen I - III I was very excited to be able to roam through the forests with a Charizard or something and wreck shit up.
But what I got was an adventure set in confusing, noisy and muggy cities with new Pokemon that show that Game Freak are running out of ideas and not many of the original Pokemon to actually catch in the wild.
From my perspective, B/W/B2/W2 are terrible, but they were my first Pokemon games so I guess I'm a little biased in that regard.
I'm going to pick up a copy of HG and finish that and then transfer the old Pokemon to a new game of B2 and see if the quality greatly improves, but for me the things that were better in B/W/B2/W2 just aren't worth it considering that it lost so much of the charm of the original Pokemon.
This is entirely my opinion, and B/W/B2/W2 are not bad games, they're just very different from what I thought I was getting, in a bad way.
I can't wait to explore Johto and Kanto, though. Maybe when I can have my first team include a Charmander and a Pikachu that I'll really enjoy B2/W2, but at the moment I feel like I'm trekking through an adventure I don't really want to trek through, and feel like I'm only actually playing it because I spent $50 and I need to get my money's worth out of it.
if every game was full of boring towns consisting of 5 buildings with populations of around 10 people like the earlier games, it would be boring and lifeless as shit. why wouldn't they take full advantage of the DS graphics?
and the "running out of ideas" argument is so tired and wrong. if Gen 5 added more pokemon than any other generation has before, then how is that an indicator that they're running out of ideas? use your head
