Serebii says it's on the first floor of Relic Castle but I CAN'T FIND IT AND IT'S DEFINITELY NOT IN MY BAG.
it's on the first floor of the exit of the ruins that you can't go into until after you finish the story

More casual, new blood opinions, but...
I don't see the allure of competitive Pokémon. It seems very much "they do X so you do Y". More so than the main game itself. Yes, you've got the "they have a water-type, so you send out a grass or electric type", but within that you have a [i]lot[/i] of Pokémon to choose from. Whereas the OU tier seems like it's more of "they have Pokémon X with moves A, B, C, D (which you know because it's the "standard" competitive moveset), and ground/EV trained to have stats E-J(again, "standard" competitive EV's)...." Which just isn't find.
Plus EV training seems like way too much of a grind, rather than playing for fun. Yeah, you have to grind at times to level, but you don't normally only fight a quarter of the Pokémon you encounter because you need the EV's from them.

It's fun in its own right but its pretty basic. Personally I like the art style of the game but the gameplay is just hit and run with your strongest befriended pokemon. Also I haven't tried the streetpass feature since NOBODY HERE HAS A 3DS

Personally, I feel the same way. However, that shouldn't stop you from playing a casual match against a friend [sp]or against one of us, wink wink[/sp], seeing as it is one of the main features of the metagame. You don't need to really worry about EV training and IV breeding if you are going up against another, average player, seeing as all of these require loads of time if they intend on having the "perfect" mon.

OU has a massive lack of diversity, it's just the same 3 or 4 different teams. UU and to an even further extent NU are far more fun because so much more crazy stuff can come from it. Even seen Spinda rip half a team apart?

Every time I used to play against my boyfriend in HG/SS (who, might I add had much lower leveled Pokemon then I do and STILL beat the E4, no problems, doesn't do complex training and barely played the damn game) he wiped the floor with my ass, and I still can't figure out why.
So that, is why I don't play against actual people. :v:
Though I've yet to fight him in B/W, mostly because I've beaten the game and he hasn't even gotten 5 gym badges yet. :l
