I always thought that Water should be super effective to Poison. I mean, based on the fact that it'd dilute it and all.
I always thought that Water should be super effective to Poison. I mean, based on the fact that it'd dilute it and all.
Oh come on, Poison is already lame enough. Don't make it worse. What Poison needs is to be strong against something else that isn't Grass, a type commonly paired with something else to nullify it or scare off Poison types anyway.

Normal type best type guys.
Normal type best type guys.
Weak to fighting and can be damaged normally by everything except ghost?
Well we all agree ice is obviously the best type.
and im serious fighting is good against 5 types, weak to 2, completely ineffective against 1 something like fire is good against 3 types, weak to 3 types, i feel that's more balanced, give poison its effectiveness against fighting, even then its a 5:3 ratio of super to weak because it's a two way ineffectiveness for ghost
Anyone got a Gen 5 budew for trade? I've been looking for one lately, but can't find one.
So, on the path to Opelucid city in White 2. My team is most likely shit so I want you Pokemon professionals to tell me what the hell to do. Leavanny, lv 37 (planning on getting a better grass type anyways) Cut, Leaf Blade, Bug Bite, Razor Leaf Samurott, lv 40 Revenge, Razor Shell, Aqua Jet, Water Pulse Ampharos, lv 39 Electro Ball, Confuse Ray, ThunderPunch, Power Gem Zoroark, lv 39 Agility, Faint Attack, Foul Play, Night Slash Darmanitan, lv 40 Fire Punch, Belly Drum, Flare Blitz, Hammer Arm Lucario, lv 34 Work Up, Force Palm, Bone Rush, Counter Anything I should do before Opelucid?
Remember, though. The Pokédex is essentially being written by ten year olds.
How can we know for sure?
How can we know for sure?
I think the comic Gastric posted (which is where I got the idea in the first place) is a pretty good argument for it. That and seriously, look at some of the Pokédex entries. Some of it is just physically impossible.
The dex entries seem more like myths than actual facts. Dex busters?
Remember, though. The Pokédex is essentially being written by ten year olds. It really puts everything in a new light.
Then you'll have the 10 year olds that write a bunch of swear words and make penis jokes whenever they make an entry. I want some suggestions on a team, I want to do a semi-hack run on Heart Gold using just 6 pokemon made using PokeGen to edit my save file. Any suggestions? Nothing too OP, and they all need to be first form at level 5 That is, if it is possible to beat the game with just 6 pokemon, that means I'll need pokemon for the HMs.
I suggest you drop Leavanny for another pokemon, because Iris, Marshall, and Caitlin will severely fuck it over when you get to the league.
Yeah, I realized Leavanny had many type issues and the only thing it was useful for anyways was for Driftviel's gym. Thanks.
I like both Leavany and Vespiquen unfortunately their typing and sucks, and stats for vespiquen are below average at best. i feel your pain
I like both Leavany and Vespiquen unfortunately their typing and sucks, and stats for vespiquen are below average at best. i feel your pain
I love how Leavanny looks but I simply can't keep it. Damn you Nintendoooooo.
I'm stuck between choosing Roserade or Vileplume right now. Which should I pick? Personally, I adore how Roserade looks, but Vileplume is also one of my favorite gen 1 pokemanz. The problem is obtaining either of them of course, since I don't know where anything is in Black 2.
What the hell there's nothing wrong with Leavanny just don't be stupid and switch into a type or move that can shit you up. Grass / bug is a pretty decent stab combo as well.

I don't know where I would be without it.

rarecandytreatment is a great site, also they update more than fucking never making them better than 90% of pogeyman webcomics.
Woo just evolved Billy with the help of a friend, he's a Porygon Z now!

[editline]20th February 2013[/editline] Also, Leavanny was in my team too for a while, but I ccouldn't handle the lack of defence, so i got myself a Ferrothorn. Still 4x weak to fire, but this BADASS can take it. Defenses are huge, speed is minuscule, Curse + gyro ball
Question: if I were to ask how to operate an emulator to get a randomizer code for Pokémon White to work on a Mac, would that be a bannable offense?
