I'm the kind of person that sticks to like one or two Pokemon throughout the entire game.
Hell, I basically beat Sapphire with my Blaziken alone. And it became even easier when I got Kyogre.
Why must trading Pokemon from Soul Silver to White be so difficult?
According to Yahoo Answers, apparently you have to beat the main storyline before being able to transfer Pokemon. What's the point of doing that? I want to be able to use my Pokemon acquired from other games to beat this game with.
Why must they do this to me?! I've never played Pokemon on wireless, nor do I plan too, so why would they make it that you can only obtain your older Pokemon after you beat the game?
Using your presumably level 80-ish team against B/W sounds pretty boring. :/

...Because that's the point of getting the game.
If you don't play wireless, then why bother transferring your Pokemon? That'd be the only point.
If you had the way you wanted it, the game would be too easy, not even having a point, really...
Fixed it for you, Zubat sucks.
Not really, it's actually proving pretty useful now it knows Bite.
I'm replaying SoulSilver and I don't want to play with the same old Pokemon again, so I'm doing something different, besides, Crobat is decent.
Hunting down Entei and Raikou was kind of annoying, although not as annoying as trying to catch Latios or Latias on E, R, or S. Aside from that, I totally agree.
After catching the legendary dogs in the original silver i pretty much gave up trying to catch the random encounter legendaries, they're honestly not worth my time and i've never really gone for a pokedex completion either.
Latias/Latios are boss tier, didn't really like the dogs as much.
The roaming legendaries in b/w are horrible though, definitely the worst legendaries yet.

Crobat is pretty cool, it's just Zubat that's horrible.

What the hell, they're the same Pokemon with two different color schemes.
It has something to do with yin yang stuffs.
It has something to do with yin yang stuffs.
I mean, the first versions were greatly distinguishable, but these look like they were put in the same mold and only had different paint cans spilled over them.
bought a pansage plush on ebay, fuck yeah
I have a Togepi plush. His foot broke off. :c
didn't really like the dogs as much.
Entei is average.
Raikou is awesome
Suicune is fucking incredible.
No repels.
Upon beating a gym, you must release a Pokémon of your choice.
Back in RSE i essentially did nuzlocke challenges because I never switched out and never really bought items. I also really only used swampert, but he was so powerful he just rolled the elite 4 solo. Can't do that not in 5th gen due to the exp fall off but that was interesting now that I look back at it.
what my pokemon team is probably going to end up as:
Galvantula
Cloyster
Ferrothron
Eelektross
Crustle
Vanilluxe
mainly going off one that i like the look of, though i have no idea what their moves are going to be,
apart from one / two on my Galvantula which is going to be electroball and electroweb
For Cloyster, use Shell Smash, Icicle Spear, Rock Blast and hydro pump or Razor Shell. If you're not using those moves on Cloyster you're not using Cloyster properly.

Fuck yeah. I had a naturally-raised level 100 Blaziken and Kyogre combo in Sapphire as well. Stomped the E4 with it so many times.

73 times, to be exact.
I feel like Elektross should be part water since he looks so much like an Eel

they're both half-Kyurem so they will both look like it

it's because there's no point in playing a new game if you're going to use the same old high-leveled shit the first time and sweep everything right off the bat
I feel like Elektross should be part water since he looks so much like an Eel
I was surprised when I found out it wasn't.
So my parents picked up a DS Lite and 3 games for my little sister today as a birthday present (early present, since her and mom are visiting grandma over spring break). One of the games was Pearl. I figured while I was checking out that the games work and resetting them to fresh, I'd look at the Pearl Trainer's 'dex. Named Chad, just under 12 hours, 4 badges... 151 Pokémon?! Get in, look, he's got the entire Sinnoh 'dex filled out. All the way to Manaphy. Dude's either an awesome trader, had other games to trade in from, or cheated. Take a look at his party and boxes... 8 Pokémon total, none over level 30. Chad, you cheater. For shame. >:I
Speaking of used copies, I got one of those event mews off an old used Red cartridge from Gamestop.
why do people on the GTS think that a dwebble is worth a legendary pokemon
why do people on the GTS think that a dwebble is worth a legendary pokemon
not as bad as the "level 5 pidove for level 1 Reshiram" offers...
Here's an annoying thing I don't understand, why do people insist on putting up their shiny pokemon on the GTS and request for something that is impossible to get?

That'd ruin it's resistance.

the pansage came in today, that was pretty quick
Well, while trying to get some xp from R5, and grinding, I found a certain electrical thing from the rustling grass. She was caught by the way, and it was my first one in the area(2nd encountered, but no dupes is on).
Quick question, the Desert Resort has a separate area(went through a tunnel-like area to get to another part of the Resort), would that count as a separate area in NC?
