I might play Heart gold. I restarted a while, now I'm about to do the dragon's den test thing. Might restart, but I don't want to play voltorb flip for 5 hours straight to get another dratini.
YES BADGES HAVE ARRIVED WOOT:

Uhuhuhu, I beat the E4 again (the second time) without a single hitch.
I feel accomplished.
Now to train a bit more and defeat Cynthia & Morimoto!

Now you have to beat the E4.
I played SoulSilver to a hundred hours, saved, quit, and left it be for a few weeks. I picked it back up again and got my second shiny in it within ten minutes. It was also my third shiny, ever, if I remember correctly. Excluding forced shinies like Red Gyarados.
I got a shiny hoppip on my SS nuzlocke.
Sadly I was doing broquest (males only) and it was female so I couldn't use it.
Also it was a hoppip.
I'm a very unlucky person, never in my entire life of playing Pokemon have I ever encountered a wild shiny.
Pokeradar not counting, sides I never got the chance to even beat the E4 in D/P because of me being stupid and losing both copies.
I once saw a shiny Teddiursa in Emerald's Safari Zone. I threw 22 safari balls at it until it fled. :suicide:

I know that feel;
Shiny Abra in HeartGold's Safari Zone, and I used 20 of those balls. Three times, I almost had it (triple wiggle, then break free), and then it left.
It was my first time seeing a shiny in the wild in all my years of playing any of the games.

I still can't understand how Wallace can release a Wailord into a smallish space like that.

PKMN Badges has done re-designs of the Kanto badges and is currently taking orders for them, you can compare them with the photo I took above:

Friend of mine swore he caught a Shiny Luigia. I was out of town that moment and didn't trust the fucker one bit. However, when I got hom he was waiting in my livingroom with his DS and the biggest grin I have ever seen in my life.
[sp]I stabbed him and traded the Luigia to my own Soulsilver, of course.[/sp]

Are you a Rocket Grunt?
I love how I get incredibly surprised when I hit 50+ hours on any other game, but when it's a Pokemon title I don't even bat an eye.
It annoys me that Gligar and Gliscor's type are ground/flying

LOOK AT THIS
DOES IT LOOK PART GROUND TO YOU
adasdasdassfaf
looks more poison/flying to me
I mean, they're purple.
Exactly. Dark/Flying, Poison/Flying, even Psychic/Flying and Bug/Flying makes more goddamn sense to me
Psychic makes marginally more sense than Ground, I think. They just don't look very Psychic.
Guess you're right :v:
I just did a little research on Gligar/Gliscor to see why it would be part Ground, and the only reason I've found so far is that it's partially based off a Scorpion (that lives on the ground...), I guess it makes for an interesting typing.
HOWEVER, that tail that you see on it is more for just show...

Yes.

Doesn't look like it to me... Oh well.
I like it anyways and I needed a ground type in my team.
So much so that I made an apng avatar out of it (mostly intended for blues)
Why isn't there a large scale 3D Pokemon game on Wii or something?
You never know, they might be working on one.
Another Pokemon Stadium sounds good to me, I ended up not playing Battle Revolution.
Pokemon Colosseum games just didn't appeal to me.
Now to train a bit more and defeat Cynthia & Morimoto!
I beat Morimoto the other day with a team of lvl 55-60.
I can't beat Cynthia because of her damn Garchomp.
My team was 60 when I tried the first time, got my ass handed to me. Now most of my team is 75-80 (Except for Gliscor which I'm still training) so I could probably do it by now.
[editline]23rd January 2012[/editline]
Curious, what guys did you name the Pokemon in your current team?
Akumu/Gliscor (F)
Ziel/Lucario (F)
Espada/Gallade (M)
Masamune/Bisharp (F)
Corona/Volcarona (F)
Lluvia/Milotic (F)
I tend to name mine words that relate to them in different languages other then a select few.
Also I find it funny that my team consists entirely of females besides Gallade obviously...

I dont name my Pokemon.
My Shiny Gliscor has a name though, not of my choice because it was a gift.
Well that's no fun, I always name them.
