The game is has the best story to do with Pokemon in it imo.

in my soul silver playthrough i got 4 shinies so far, 2 captured, one by breeding and a legendary by soft resetting

It's moments like these i live for. It was so exciting to go through V trying to catch everything on first encounter. When the next gen comes out i'm going to always have like 50 of the best available ball on me at all times
