Usually the way booster packs work is that you get mostly common cards and 1 or 2 (depends on the card game) cards are of a "rare" denomination which usually scales from "rare" to "super duper actually rare holy shit"

If you can, trade some baby pokemon to your new Black game to add more variety to your team and make the run more enjoyable. Late-game pokemons would make a good addition for contrast (Larvesta, Deino, Frillish...)

different legendary mainly some of the story is different and it has the distortion world

Has another Giratina form, slightly different storyline, the Sinnoh Pokedex is expanded a bit, your character is more wrapped-up, there's a battle frontier, there are move tutors, the IV judge is present...
