you need a spreadsheet or a text document first.
pick an item, go to buy it and add 5% a few times to get the highest price its going for.
then sell it and click -5% a few times to get the lowest price
depending on how big a number you get take 1 to 1000 coins of the top end price, and add 1-1000 onto the bottom price. low price is what you buy at, high price is what you sell at.
and dont say "ive got no money to flip!" i started with 100k doing runes and over a few months made hundreds of millions.
if selling slows down, the prices may have shifted (GE guide prices are bullshit to flippers! they update too slow) so rebuy one at max and resell at min to update your datas.
I tend to avoid having deals working overnight because prices can change alot when youre sleeping

Really wish I could play this game again. I played the shit out of it back around 07ish. I dunno if it was the updates or if I just grew out of it, but I can't play any longer than a day any more. Shame. Got 90 magic and combat 99.
Any tips on leveling up construction really fast? Also, I stopped for a five year time span. Is it just me, or are a lot of the quests now designed to force players into investing in the new skills like hunter or construction? A lot of the new quests I want to try are out of the question unless I put time into leveling up skills I don't want or need.

I just spam teak armchairs or oak larders for an hour. Hunting I've mostly done through penguin points and other xp rewarding things.

I retract my statement. Making your own house is pretty neat. I'm just worried about how expensive it'll end up being later on when trying to level it up. At least it won't be as expensive as summoning.
I'm not finding a great use to mine. I mean other than quests that require it.

I dont think I will ever get back into runescape, its just too different now so I thought maybe I could sell it.

Depends on the stats. If it's your generic 70 Combat stats 60 ranged 50 pray and 90 wc account you wont get anything. Even selling high level accounts are hard because the high rate of fraud in account buying/selling.

yes i do. ive bought spins a few times and each time i do, i get the enjoyment of people raging because i can afford to spare some of the money i earn.
If i played blackjack and lost a lot of money people wouldnt make half as much fuss. its just entertainment, if i win or not
