yes i do. ive bought spins a few times and each time i do, i get the enjoyment of people raging because i can afford to spare some of the money i earn. If i played blackjack and lost a lot of money people wouldnt make half as much fuss. its just entertainment, if i win or not
You're supporting the scheme that everyone hates. That's why we don't like you. [editline]31st July 2012[/editline]
They should use the new updated theme that played during the 200k event for the new login screen.
What song is this called? I can't find it on the wiki. Also the Carnillean Rising music is really good.
It's not legal within the jagex/runescape ToS, is what he means.
ToS is not law thus it is legal. If it were illegal that would imply ToS is law.
http://computer.howstuffworks.com/internet/basics/web-site-terms-of-service.htm
It 'might' be against the law to break the ToS, but it is not against the law to sell your account. I don't even think that part of the ToS holds up in a european court.
In other words, nothing really stops you from doing it, if you want
Jagex hates account/gold trade for the same reason that other game publishers like EA and Activision hate the second-hand games market, it takes money away from their hands, and ultimately reduces the amount of membership revenue they get at the end of the month. It could well be illegal to break a certain clause in a ToS agreement, for example pretending to be somebody you're not on Facebook, which is considered to be fraud and illegal in most countries. However, assuming monetary value for your login information is definitely NOT illegal, even though it breaks the terms of service of Jagex, which could mean that Jagex will no longer serve you.
Can somebody that is a member and part of the Phoenix gang please help me with the Heroes' Quest? Nobody in the game wants to help me. I'll give you like 100k or something. Just PM me
I wish more people would play this game for what it is and not worry about 'the next update' all of the time, anyways, all of my friends quit and I have pretty much no one to play with anymore..

I think it was when the spring lily things were spawning all over the place in 2011. I haven't had more than 3 'friends' since then. And I don't talk to them. I remember when I played this game as a kid I had a ton of friends in game and was more antisocial in real life, keeping a small circle of friends. Fast forward 8 years and now that I spend a lot of time with my real life friends and play the game in my off time I don't care so much about not having in game friends. That being said, I would like to build a small network of people I can trust to bot hunt, do dungeoneering with, etc. etc.

We all know it's not illegal in terms of breaking an actual law outside the game, and when used in context in the game it isn't implied that way, yet some people still start this pointless argument. When you say something is illegal, it doesn't always mean against the law, it can also mean it's against the official rules. When your computer tells you a program performed an illegal function, do you really think that means you can go to jail? Anyways, back on topic, anyone know of any good clans for a lvl 98? One i'm currently in has a bit too much drama for my liking, and people leave by the day. When the person that recruited you quits the clan, I think it's time to move on.
Beat the Heroes' Quest, now working on getting the requirements for the Legends' Quest. 3 quests and 4 skills away =]
Beat the Heroes' Quest, now working on getting the requirements for the Legends' Quest. 3 quests and 4 skills away =]
Legends Cape is one of the best looking capes in the game, they should re-work it or something. Maybe make it as good as an Obsidian/Untrimmed Skillcape.
I go on RS from time to time, just to mine iron. I haven't really noticed the changes everyone is talking about.
Legends Cape is one of the best looking capes in the game, they should re-work it or something. Maybe make it as good as an Obsidian/Untrimmed Skillcape.
Agreed. Right now the only reason I have for wearing a Legends cape over an Obsidian cape is the fact that the Legends cape is much more respected. I guess for fights and stuff I'll use the Obsidian. I like how the Legends cape is very cheap though

Vintage mode. :downs: (No I didn't desturate it, the bot actually is like this, try searching the forums)
300 Quest Points! I just need to do 14 quests + Grandmaster quests, and I'll have the cape  [editline]31st July 2012[/editline] Only quest I can do right now (in progress) is Mourning's End Part 2, ughh..... fuck that quest

If you say illegal I expect you to mean against the law as that is the meaning of the word.
4.6 mil to go from 60-68 construction :suicide: That's 70% of my bank right there....

Unlawful also means illegal, so I really don't see what you're trying to prove. Can we just agree to disagree? Continuing this is just stupid and pointless. Using 1 source compared to many more out there that contradict you is just ignorant. Trying to get back on topic, yeah construction is one of the most expensive skills to level, never bothered with it myself, wasn't worth it to me.
Wow, mahogany tables give really good xp. Went from 60-70 construction in under 3 hours, spent almost 6m though

So should I sell my fish mask now or should I wait to see how the price will trend on the GE? The price has suddenly dropped in the last two days.
This is my account. I used to have 120m cash, then I bought some stuff to dick around with, then I stopped playing without selling it. When I next looked, prices had dropped so it was only worth about 80m, so I lost like 40m without doing anything :(

Is there any REALLY good way to get 50 thieving and 50 agility? Every time I try to level those particular skills, I get exp extremely slowly. I'm 35 agility and 32 thieving

Claws going from 60m to 5m was painful.

Having that gold reward ring from the games helps. I think today I made about 15k xp in agility from about 10 minutes of playtime. For thieving I just set a goal on the side. I needed a lot of cheap and relatively effective food so I thieved cakes and stuff from bakery stalls. When you can, using the thievery pyramid in Sophanem can be pretty fast xp too.
