I havent played this for so long, it is amazing. I stopped playing a bit before the grand exchange thing came up, so I was wondering if anyone could give me a recap on the most important/biggest changes to the game?

More quests, free trade is back, Squeal of Fortune, new bosses, 138 is max combat, Dungeoneering and Summoning skills added, changed from Clan Chats to Friends Chats and added Clans in the game together with citadels and they added a few new ways to train different skills such as Runespan for Runecrafting and Living Rock Cavern for Mining.

Only a few periods in Runescape has been bot free, remember Yew Trees and Flax bots of 2006/2007? More then now.
Wait. Did they get rid of the Dragon Slayer quest? And where's a good, deserted and hopefully monster free coal mining area in free worlds? The Dwarvern Mines is filled with bots and scorpions and the Edgeville dungeon's filled with skeletons.

There's no real reason to be affraid of the wilderness anymore. Wilderness is dead except few areas on every world except 18 and 124, and to be honest even those worlds are pretty dead. And as long as you don't skull you wont really loose anything valuable.

I saw a Chrisarchieprods video a couple of days ago where someone went to W18 Duel Arena where people duel to charge their special bar to go rushing even more. What he did he had full Torags on him with a Staff of Light and a Shield with an inventory full of brews and super restores. He put forfeit on off and just sat there tanking the guy with the Staff of Light special, melee prayer and he lasted 10-15minutes untill the Duel timed out. The guy rushing was pissed.
Though this requires a medium combat level to be pulled off.

I've always assumed that whenever there was a large ban/wipe, that rare prices would go up significantly.

I'm having the same, I have to put in [url]http://www.runescape.com/game.ws?j=1[/url] and then wait for the game to load and then click home for me to be able to load the main site.
