Regarding the 'Newbie Gift System,' I am slightly concerned about having all the money stashed on one account, as people can suddenly disappear or turn against you. I am reminded of this from ejonkou's clan!
Here is my proposal therefore, we all say how much we can donate to the cause, and this is kept in the log alongside our names. Then when someone does need the money, they can contact one of the people on the list of donators. Then the donator trades the money straight from their account to the person. We can keep a list of those who have received money in order to avoid multiple borrowings and from whom they have borrowed in order to keep the books straight, and if they ever want to pay back.

The number on the left is the total money count. It's 50k over because that's what I put in myself, I didn't expect a 1mil donation.
If you're concerned with cash security, don't donate. Everything is logged in the text file (that updates every time you open it) so that I can return cash to whomever. I'm doing this because I want to help out newbies and see if players are willing to pay back someone that helps them. I'm trying to keep it simple, but as transparent as possible. In the event that I'm done with Runescape, I'm just going to refund everyone's gold to them, or keep it on hand and hop on to transfer cash to new players.
Any left over gold when this is done will be given out to newbies on free worlds if unclaimed.

Todays standard having Rune is poor, anything under 50-200m is poor. But depending on you're Combat level you can affoard rune and an abyssal whip for training since Potato cactus are 1,5-2K each. So you pretty much traded up. But I think the guy that got a hold of your account was botting Potato Cacti at the Kalphite Hive.
You should probably change your password. And idk what else you'd have to do, maybe contact Jagex and be like, HOLY FUCK I GOT HACKED! Or something. Not like they'd care. They'll probably ban you if you don't go and splerg money on membership, douchecoins for the cosmetic shop and spins in the wheel of shit.

Possibly some cheap defensive gear because he has to get hit by level 80+ Kalphites to get the Cacti. If you want some stuff in-game feel free to add me in-game under the name 8QC, I rarely play anymore so I don't have alot of use with my gold especially since the crashed gold prices.

And yes, Gold Prices crashed drasticly a few weeks ago when another Crucible Money glitch was leaked and the person sold hundreds of billions for $0.30 a million pretty much owning the Gold selling/buying buisness for a couple of days. I have not checked recently so I don't know how much gold is. But I am waiting until bot nuke to sell gold when there is limited supply and a higher demand.

I've barely ever owned over 50m and I've played this game since '05.

I had no idea who to contact to get it back since the website's so messy (at least for me, compared to battle.net). I'm just going to make a new account since my last one only has non-tradable holiday stuff. The hacker was a dick and even dropped things that couldn't be traded.
Anyways, why does the game run so bad? In the max settings, I get like 5 FPS on a laptop that runs BF3 on high/ultra with 40-60 FPS?
