LRC monsters have loads of hp and pretty low defence if you use a decent crush weapon, SS is probably ideal because its fast and crushy.
more hp means more slayer exp so you get a fair bit for time spent

With ranks, I'm going to promote people for helping others within the clan and recruiting more members, with the former being the most important. If you had a rank in the old clan you want restored, I can do that unless you're looking for co-owner or something, which will be given to someone I know won't run things into the ground.
Facepunchers will get all sorts of promotions, and will be the focus of the clan.
