Now they're planning on bumping up the cost for membership, I have decided I'm no longer going to play. I know it's not a lot of cash, but they're asking too much for the game, just because they got rid of bots.
I doubt Gamecard prices will change, but those are shit anyway. Paypal also gives a slight bump so it'll probably be 10$ or more from them.

I don't know what I should be doing right now honestly. I'm F2P and plan to move onto P2P but I don't have a whole lot to do except kill everything. I got Attack, Strength and Defence to 30 but that's really about it. I have a good 130k and full rune armor (transferred from another account) onto this one but I'm actually at a total lost of what I should be working on right now. I'm not sure where I should start with mining or woodcutting or what... any suggestions?

I always found Mining a lot more entertaining than Woodcutting for some reason, but they're honestly the same thing when it comes to what you can do with those skills in F2P. I'd say just see which one you like better and work with it.
