This is what I've been doing today, the reason why it took so long is because looking through individual pieces to find the one you want takes AGES and so does aligning things. I had to enlarge those doors because they didn't fit in the doorway and just do visual tricks to hide it.
I couldn't be bothered going through tonnes of clothes so Roddeck is wearing Sheogorath's garb, close enough for me.

I finished the rest of the house but Construction Set fucking spazzed out. Can't saved any fixes I've made to try and get it to work and I can't load the level outside of the CS, I'm just dumping it since it was pretty much useless anyway.
Anyway, since this took me over like 10 hours and I didn't do exteriors, roof, character details or navmapping. FUCK the idea of trying to make Runescape in Skyrim.
