for starters, have you done the miscillenia quests? it's take a decent amount of money to start off (at least 900k+) but it's pure profit and you don't have to do anything- after you finish the quests though.
prior to that though I'd think cutting magics might be profitable...

This is what you do:
Go to the Grand Exchange and buy yourself a Dragon Scimitar/Longsword, a Dragonhide body(Blue in your case) and Rune boots. Buy some lobster and a Super Set. Then go kill Green Dragons in the Wild.

My account has been hijacked twice (I honestly have no idea how it happens, I have told a couple of mates way in the past my account information). And both times it has helped my account, the first got me from 80 combat to 106 and 40m+, this last time they lost all of my money yet got me to 117 combat level.

Dhide body is better then Rune body. Absorbes their magic based attacks.

R2Pleasant on Sythe has a SMS purchasing system. Though when it comes to SMS you cant really find a place thats cheap and under a dollar. I think its $ 15 for 12.5m

if your as devoted to picking respawning grapes at the cooking guild near the GE, you could get 100k in an hour

Best option is to buy gold at your lvl.
Until your rate of gold acquiring is faster than your job, buying gold will always be the best option.
You can buy food from the culinomancer's chest and sell it on the GE.
