Honestly, just find a few good games and play them. While you're playing, bot RS in the background. You'll have fun with another game, and your character will be getting good levels and money that will be ready for you to use whenever you decide to play. Bot smart and you won't get banned. Once you have fairly good stats and cash, quest and whatnot and build up a nice account. Then move on to cooler goals like getting a party hat and stuff by more profitable money making methods (like bossing or something.

I stopped using actual teleports long ago. Now I just use jewelry, Fairy rings and teletabs.
I would still use law teles anyway because of how slow the home teleport is.
Lodestones defeat the point of walking anywhere though, I think Runescape may be drawing heavily on Skyrim this month with fast travel and armor updates.

I'm already at 95. I have overloads so can't bring up that argument. As for getting better armor... I don't care about a slight increase of strength on bandos or whatever. My torag will last me a long time. Also, leveling prayer is a permanent part of the account so I can't lose it unless a hacker gets me banned or some bs.
