Only reason I got my Hunter to 61 was because that Dwarf quest needed it. (Favorite questline in the game, don't ask me why.
The Spotted cape is a nice bonus, though I can't be arsed to raise Hunter to 66 for the upgraded version.

It really depends on your definition of fun.

Games like Pest Control and Castle Wars are always good if you're just looking for fun. PKing's been brought back so that's an option.
If you're F2P there's probably some little thing you can do for fun besides PKing, although you've probably done all the F2p quests.
The best advice I can think of? Grab something sharp and go kill some things. While you're doing that I'm sure something that you will think would be pretty awesome to do will come to mind.

Post a pic of your stats. I've had similar moments as well and if you're as lost as you say you are I could suggest some good things to do.
Generally, you just have to set a long term goal and work at it while also setting short term goals. My long term goal is to be a badass archer with a Crystal bow and the best equipment I can afford. My short term goal is to obtain a Dragon Pickaxe.

Yeah, the thing is, I don't know what new things have been released, what sort of items to try and get, when I used to play, my only goal was to get super rich, but I never managed it, haha.
