They aren't rare, I got them today too. They made them uncommon and common (same chance as getting 10k) same with tattoos

For me it's either Farming or Herblore. Herblore is just a lot of clicking through your inventory after blowing an asswad of money, and farming takes forever and is boring as hell.

You start back at level 1 with different icons next to your stats.
What do you mean, different icons next to your stats?
should i just stick to combat and worry about non combat later , 87 combat atm

Do combat through Slayer, and train Combat Stats and non-combat at the same time. Like skill because off quests etc.

I love that they are making an afk way of training skills that aren't afk and still rewarding you more if you are more active in it. Runecrafting went from being the slowest and most hated skill to one of the easier and most afk skills ingame.
Hopefully they will make a similar solution with agility.

Well I was hacked, and it's not like i'm 12 and downloaded a virus either.
