People do that to make money. They give their account away with pin etc. and they wait a day or two untill you put shit on the account and they recover it getting your stuff.
Or you can do like I do, drop Chaotics, Void etc. level defence/prayer if they're a pure etc.
With this bonfire update, I'm surprised that there aren't more people on the daemonheim island with the maples, or are there certain worlds which are busier there, because the most I've seen is about 5 people so far.

well I meant in terms of gameplay, as in, besides more annoying quests has anything super "cool" been added, such as skills or weapons or something of the sort
Alright, I tried getting back into this a year and a half ago, got to combat level 40 and got bored, I'm willing to start again, but one of the main reasons I didn't was because I was grinding and all that alone, maybe it'd be a bit easier if another new player wouldn't mind me sticking around a little bit. I've seen some screens of the game, and I need a good free MMO to play in between seasons of Star Trek Online (oh and, do bots still work? Because I think I might just grind those instead :v:)

New graphical updates that include new looks for most of the armors (except for granite, lazy developers)
Some NPCs have their own voice-acting, some new animations.
Squeal of Fortune, a daily event that gives you a chance to win something good (or bad like 50gp)
Runespan, a gamemode that lets you farm/grind/practice your runecrafting on enemies to no real limit
A members-exclusive store that uses points that are given to you each month of having membership, you can buy effects, costumes, emotes and such.
Slayer gear has been added earlier this year, new enemies and such.
Lodestone System, a very easy teleportation system that can be used with the Home Teleport spell to teleport you to several places with out hassle
Magic gear added earlier this year like the Wicked Hood, an item that helps a lot with runecrafting and carries all talisman and other things.
The Toolbelt, a system where you can add general tools like mining, crafting, and farming tools so you don't need to hold them in your inventory.
Some old quests have been reworked over the years, and holiday events have been more content filled then before.
Burthrope has changed [B]a lot[/B]. It has become a tutorial area for members and is connected with Taverly, another city that's been changed quite a lot for new players.
Gamemodes like Dungeoneering have been added, along with a dungeoneering skill. Helps with grinding and raising your skills up.
Theres other stuff that has changed, too much to list.
Ah, good times. I played this game for hours when I was 8-11, with a couple of short breaks in between. Lost my membership which kinda fucked up my account (only had member items) and never went back. This game has basically became a joke at our school, and you were considered a nerd/fag if you still played by the time you were 13 but the game was actually very fun. I just found it kind of limited for free players.
Combat update will either be WoW or quick time events.
god leveling is taking a while, 89 combat now aiming for 100. guess its not too bad gone up probs 150-200 skilll levels this month. im at spiders in stronghold. is there a faster way i could level? ive got amour 4.5m.

I go and kill just about anything in the East Ardougne Market, mostly the paladins for medium clue scrolls. It's also a good place to train Thieving because you can steal food from the cake stalls when your health is running low after so many fights.

I havn't seen anyone actually RPing on that world, I went around looking for a while one time. Also that's a bad way to train both skills, you should use a more specialized method on both to get better XP.
