Haven't got any offences, but again, that is the same for my other accounts, and I only got this trial on one.
I emailed Jagex about the 14 day trial and they mostly gave it out to random people but some people didn't get it. It's also for all new accounts I think.

Well, not yet, he hasn't got 5bn experience. But right now, he's got so much that it can't display it, because it's reached the maximum value able to be displayed in a 32bit integer.

super attacks are better profit/xp then make them into extreme attacks is better xp/profit than extreme strengths

Rsbot is up and running, and one of the only stable bots at the moment. There's scar/simba, but it's pretty messy, depending on which script you use.

Strength are 25% faster for less then a GP more per XP.
If I can save myself 5-6 Hours by spending 2-3m GP I see that as a win.
