Don't use Ahrims. Not worth using mage there unless you got Gano or Virtus.
My magic is 99 and my ranged is 70. My first try was with ranged and it took me 2 hours to get to Jad. Magic took me 45 minutes. With ranged I couldn't even touch the 360s but with Magic I take them down pretty quickly.
Is it just me, or is runescape slow today?
Right, as I've learned from my mistakes. I'ma do Jad again using F1, F3 instead of clicking the tabs. That fucking glitch with the browser ain't fun.
I can't even get on RS. When I logg on I can't move my character and I keep getting Connection Lost and then it re-establishes itself after 30sec-1min
What's this combat update coming out?
Tried jad again. Fucked up again 'cause he does that shit where he breathes fire like a magic attack then stamps his feet and it's too late to swap prayers. How do you avoid that shit?
What's this combat update coming out?
Not for months probably. Doesn't go into beta until late this month and then I think it's in beta for all of July. So it's probably going to be out near the end of August.
SCORE! Just signed back in, to continue my other-worldly beings slayer task, when I noticed a memorial plaque. Somebody died just before I logged in! Black D'hide body, magic bow, 410 adamant arrows, a ranging potion (3) and 16 monkfish, total to ~51k. Luck has come my way for once!
Pray Ranged in Ganodermic and tank Magic.
I can usually do the prayer switches fine. But would it be a good idea to just switch to range if I don't know what he's actually done? I mean, that seems reasonable.

Sounds legit. And am I doing something wrong? Everyone claims to be able to do it with Polypore in under like an hour, but when I'm doing it, it takes at least 1.5 hours. The fuck am I doing wrong here? It's kinda frustrating. Building up the willpower to go do it again is kinda annoying.
Your stats are probably just lower. [editline]4th June 2012[/editline] Also people use overloads and shit.

Or vecna skull (and berserker if you have it) if you dont have the herb level for extreme magic/ovls
Yeah I don't have enough money for overloads/extreme magic's :(. Seriously, considering I've played since '05, I'm poor as fuck. It's so depressing. Think I might do some dung though, to get that necklace. Oh I hate this skill though. [editline]4th June 2012[/editline] [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/Aj10B.jpg[/thumb] Well time for another try anyway. Wish me luck guys. Invent was off a guide, so I don't know. Seems to get me to jad easily enough. Just need to get my prayer switching right. Why am I so shit at this? :l
i'm starting to think that the evolution of combat update is going to be the final hit that runescape can take before it crashes into the ground and suffers a long and painful death.
Is there any place I can see the best gear? I haven't played since GWD and I'm kind of lost. Are culinaromancer's gloves still the best? Are Aviansie's still great money?
Hey guys, I want to train a new skill which is fairly profitable and requires some level of active participation (as opposed to click on something and tab out until you notice you've stopped), what to train?
i'm starting to think that the evolution of combat update is going to be the final hit that runescape can take before it crashes into the ground and suffers a long and painful death.
from most people i've talked to about runescape the combat system was their biggest problem/disappointment, so maybe changing this might be a good move i personally think combat needs something to liven it up
Wow, 100 strength potions in about 5 minutes, made quite a nice little profit and got some herblore levels up.

Sorry to sound like a dick but people can't disagree.

whats the best way to level magic, currently level 61.
whats the best way to level magic, currently level 61.
I spam clicked teleport for ages whilst watching a film. Possibly not the quickest, but I found it quite easy.
Does the mad may necklace exp bonus expire? I can't decide what to use it on yet.
Just won a Dragon Ceremonial hat, neat.
ugh I've never been to morytania before let alone mor'ton, getting serum 207 access is so much effort :v:
