I just put down $90 on my preorder of the Assassin's Creed III PS3 bundle today.

One thing I noticed is they are keeping the zip lines. Instead of using the hookblade Connor uses the tomahawk to ride them.

Good to see you aren't just thrown into the assassins guild without any understanding for what's going on.

Went into EBGames and they had the Freedom Edition figurine on display. There goes $128, then they showed me pictures of the other Connor statue coming in, there goes another $68. Managed to balance my budget just enough to afford it, like I've literally got every cent I own for the entire month planned out. I was scavenging coins from my floor for the last two hours. Good thing I'm getting it on console, buying them has set back saving up for a PC another month.

So I have been replaying AC1 on PC It takes 1 minute just to exit out of the damn game. Ubisoft really fucked up with that, thank god for alt f4

i still haven't decided if i want to get it on the 360 or wait for the PC version a month seems like long wait when you think about the very good chance the story will get spoiled, and then i bet the 360 will have a more active multiplayer community too

So guys, do you think I should get this on PC? AC has for some reason always been a console played game to me, I got all of them on console and played them. But I don't know I feel I could've enjoyed the latest one a bit more on PC, I've been feeling less immersed and attached to console games I've gotten recently than PC.

Not sure how k&m controls are as I use a controller.

Just preordered 3 and Liberation. October 30th is going to be pretty awesome. Probably going to end up getting the third game on Steam as well when it goes on sale.

Wow, and now they release an ARG. Proud to be a fan of Assassin's Creed games. Despite bland gameplay of the first and minor mistakes here and there, everything is a fucking blast about these entire series.

seriously? bland? it was basically the first game ever to do parkour/freerunning completely realistically to an extremely satisfying level. you can't say you didn't spend at least 5 hours just running around when it first came out.

Man my 7 playthroughs added up to about 30 good hours of just pure free running. By the end of the final playthrough I was a master of the game! :v:
