they told me a thousand men guarded pitcard or whatever the fuck his name was. why didn't they just give me an option to go after him then? i'm perfectly capable of taking on a thousand troops easy in this game...

Eh the Cavalry Sabre is better than the Cuttoe.

yeah that's what i use. well im actually about to go in and replace it with a battle axe but yeah. all weapon switching is completely ascetic really. i don't find much of a difference in combat using any weapon. i just use what weapon i feel like because the combat is really that easy to master. also i completely disagree with the people who say combat is boring and formulaic. it's only formulaic if you make it so, and it's really boring cause all you're doing is countering. in combat you can really mix things up if you don't just counter/break defense all the time.

I dislike the new weapon choosing, the weapon ring was much better (read: faster).

I really like the ship aspect of the game

How long does each sequence usually take you guys?

over hyped? dude just because in anime and shit people can cut through stone with a katana and shit doesn't mean anyone actually thinks they do that. they are just like any other sword. really good quality ones are actually really good swords. honestly i also love the angular design some of them can have, also the hilt is pcool too as they contain little holes that you can use in a parry to potentially disarm them (much like a fancy rapier's hilt)

I'm still not a fan. I just think they are a plain ugly sword. I think Samurai suits of armour look ugly too. I just am not a fan of Eastern design I think it's just ugly as hell.

when can you purchase the axe the redcoats use? the naval axe and the other one are both really glitchy. the naval axe is actually pretty terrible as he holds it sideways, so when he brings it down on someone's head it's with the flat side.

I noticed it showed up somewhere around sequence 10, but I never used the shops for much.

sequence 8 is yet another throwaway sequence...

Looks like it's available for pre-order on Steam now. Still wondering whether I should get the deluxe edition or not. Normally I don't give a shit about DLCs but the Washington one looks really interesting.

Knives/Daggers in the game share the same animations as the tomahawk.

So, does anyone else think that all the recolored Assassin robes in ACIII actually look good and fit with the outfit? I always hated how the recolored robes in the previous games looked out of place, and just overall shit.

I really dislike the colored outfits in this AC, although I really dig the different outfits that you can unlock by doing missions or preordering. The one from Achilles is really awesome.

Is there a respawn timer on locks or is my game just bugged or something? There are about 3 treasure chests on the map which are now impossible to lock pick because the raking thing just spins infinitely. It only happens if i mess up when im picking it for the first time.
