When I think of Valve I think of Gabe Newel, And he's an excellent and nice guy. So obviously when thinking about Valve you imagine a nice company. But Gabe isn't the only one working at Valve. And it seems that the other people working at Valve are more focused on making money while Gave truly cares about the community. When reading this thread I had the same "Mojang is good but Valve is better" mindset. But you indeed are right about Valve seeming to focus more and more on stuff like fucking hats and shit. I know that it's what "most" of the TF2 players want but if feels as if they are leaving the "old" Valve fanbase for dead meanwhile. minecraft is a great game but this is RIDICULOUS.
