also it doesn't matter if they are darker in game, they're still noticeably brighter (and by that logic the valve alyx's eyes would be darker in game)

-Ok, I'll try and darken them more, but I don't want to lose the details either.
-My logic is based on the fact I have new .VMT params for the new eyes, making them shinier in the mdlviewer than in-game ( a result of the overlaying textures).

Pretty nice, but the color seems a bit duller than the Valve one. That's probably because you're using realer looking eyes.

I think her skin is still quite smooth, could you make it only slightly more rough, like the original had it?

In the big comparison pic, I noticed old Alyx has some hints of bags under her eyes, which is to be expected

Yeah, you definitely want to bring out the bags under her eyes. They make her look like she has a bit of actual stress and isn't always doing makeup etc. Wouldn't hurt to make her eyebrows a eyebrowier. They sort of look drawn on in their current state. Also maybe have the wrinkles in her lips stand out a bit more? They kind of look botoxed how they are right now.

I think it might have to do that for some reason, my Barney's face looks too elongated or something...Not too sure how to fix that though- maybe I'll try a re-re-revision.
