I always found this area to look very bland and generic, the texture tiles very visible, it looks blocky etc, does anyone have some suggestions on how to spruce it up a little bit? Like trash and leaves littered round the edges of the building bottoms. Maybe a dumpster or two also.
Will this be ported to episode one and two? Or is it going to be released as a mod of sorts to the new alien swarm engine as the OP implies? If so, will EP1 and 2 be added on? This might bring me to replay hl2.

Plus some trails of dirt, it looks too 'sterile' without any dirt down there, and it's not like anyone regularly sweeps that area.

This might bring me to replay hl2.[/QUOTE] The plan is to finish HL2, then if the rest of the team is up to it, make either a separate mod for the episodes, or have it as a sort of 'addon' for this mod.

Do you guys plan on adding some gonomes? Its kind of strange you don't see them around anymore, and they could definitely add to the gameplay.
It's funny 'cause Lost Coast is overall higher quality than Half-Life 2 standard, it's probably around what they're shooting for, which kinda makes Lost Coast a demo by default, though of lesser quality due to dated textures and lighting.

The face still needs to be just a smidge paler, though I'm guessing that probably won't be an issue once you've loaded all your post-processing stuff on. Is the Enhancement Mod going to be released as a separate mod, or is it just going to be something you dump in your HL2 folder like a texture pack or whatever?
