Well, there are some shades of... greyish blue? on the left of the original eye but not in yours. But even then it doesn't matter that much.

His stare makes me uncomfortable.
I think the AO effect on the eyes is a little too strong. We don't notice as much with Gman, because his eyes are already off. With the other characters, however, I think it's enough to get into the uncanny valley. Another problem is that your shadows are transparent-black, as opposed to a darker shade of the eyelids/whites. This was a mistake I frequently made when first I got into faking shadows in photoshop. It's a minor one, but it can make a big difference. [img]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/17239680/Facepunch/Bullshit/Eyes.jpg[/img] Notice how in the image above, the shadow on the eyeball has a redish hue, because the light is casting through his eyelids. I hate to nit-pick even more, but I think I speak for all of us when I say that getting the eyes right can make or break a character model, seeing as the player will focus almost solely on the character's eyes.

Barney's eyelid creases (over the eye not under) are almost completely gone and his eyebrows are still too thin. Not thin in shape but it looks like the density isn't high enough. That doesn't really matter. Barney's gonna be Barney stubble or not. It's the flesh that needs to be right. This is seriously really close though. You're like right on the border. All I can say with kleiner is that those eyelid creases (that's above the eye, not below) still aren't deep (dark) enough. It's the only thing keeping his face from being 100% Kleiner.
One thing that's really bothering me about the Barney skin for a while is how bulky his nose seems to be compared to the original skin, which seems to curve in more naturally. Man I totally forgot about that, that'd be really cool, not sure if it's even possible though. Where would we get all the extra sound and how would we work it in without citizens randomly switching languages all the time? I'm not sure if it's feasible, even though I support it 110%. Can you implement these two for when resistance members in your group are running? They were originally going to be a default feature in HL2, but was scrapped. I think they are in the gamefiles however. Then its just a matter of copying any files you need to the mod and applying them where need be. It could be set up so the citizens sitting in the train station and wandering the city all have different languages. Like the the guy mumbling about the trains be doing so in Russian, or even go as far as adding a bunch more citizens and have groups all chatting in there own languages using what lines are available.
