Working on my personal texture pack. It's going to be very similar to the default but obviously with some of my personal likes. Once I think it's ready for people to see and maybe use, I'll probably post it here.

It's my trial build on Vareide's server, it is going to be a schematic that can be used in any purpose, it's a abandoned castle growed over with islands holded my it's arms.

It's the capital city of my server. Probably a little too big, since it's impossible to prevent mobs from spawning without making the streets look like crap.

Didn't notice that, now my OCD is going nuts too, gotta fix that. I tried to make the benches line up but did't check if they were centered. I also have standard width for all my roads, but completely ignored the spaces between them.
Thanks for pointing that out, now I can spend hours making sure everything matches perfectly.

Try some texture packs too, those lights look horrible, the ones I have look like this.

I build everything in vanilla, simply because I want as many people as possible to see things the way I did when I made them. If I made everything with texture packs they'd look different to most people who use my server (I know most of them are on vanilla). I dislike client side mods because of this in most games.
Get everyone to use the same texture pack then, that works on my server.

It's almost certainly artificial, and yeah, there's a couple Minecraft renderers floating around out there.

I actually still have the map sitting somewhere. I'm thinking of starting a worldpainter thread so we can all just throw our maps on there. I make a dozen worldpainter worlds a week and some I wouldn't mind sharing.

Also I should note that the image I posted was only 30 minutes in the renderer, since you can stop it at any point. But if I'd let it render fully, it probably would take upwards of 20 hours.
