Unfortunatly you'd have to stay in that world for any quarries to run, unless I'm just using world anchors incorrectly.
There are Dimensional anchors, and Ages are dimensions just like the Nether or End so they work cross-worlds. However, you best hope to god that age isn't decaying because it will lag you all the same, even if you're not actually there.
ugh goddamn void/single-biome glyphs fucking up my books. LOL YOU FORGOT TO SPECIFY BIOME TYPE I BETTER JUST RUIN EVERYTHING.

LOL YOU FORGOT TO SPECIFY BIOME TYPE I BETTER JUST RUIN EVERYTHING.
Void is nothing compared to cave worlds when you're playing with RedPower. Marble generation goes wild so it lags the game to no end. Forgot to mark it as "Standard Terrain" or looking for all four types of terrain? Enjoy a 1/4 chance of your game freezing.

easy way to get glowstone without making a diamond pick
easy way to get glowstone without making a diamond pick
Another easy way to get glowstone without a diamond pick: Casting a Nether Portal from lava and water.
Another easy way to get glowstone without a diamond pick: Casting a Nether Portal from lava and water.
but that takes a while and is tedious to do one wrong placement and you've fucked it up also there's lava, and ghasts
but that takes a while and is tedious to do one wrong placement and you've fucked it up also there's lava, and ghasts
It's actually pretty fast to cast a nether portal, and you're not likely to screw it up unless you're really that bad at placing lava in circles of dirt/cobble.
but once again lava ghasts
Would mystcraft work with extrabiomesXL?
Would mystcraft work with extrabiomesXL?
Yep, it even has compatibility so you can make ages with the Extra Biomes in it.
Wow, I am SO mad. I misinterpreted information, and so i right clicked my linking book WHEN I was in the new age. I was very far ingame with many goods. Is there any way to get back to my overworld (first) age?

Being the retard I am, I accidentally hit Load for a inventory, deleting all of my valuables. I promptly deleted the world, and started a new one.
Mystcraft out for 1.4.2, with a bunch of new instability mechanics, including meteors, spontanious explosions, random debuffs, and different types of decay.
What does Chromatic sky/clouds/fog/sunset in the Sky section mean? If I just use it alone it generates red colors.
Man, this is a downright depressing world: [t]http://i.imgur.com/uSqSP.png[/t]
What does Chromatic sky/clouds/fog/sunset in the Sky section mean? If I just use it alone it generates red colors.
It randomly changes depending on the time of day AFAIK.
Man, this is a downright depressing world: [t]http://i.imgur.com/uSqSP.png[/t]
Wasteland age with green skies and sunsets? Damn.

which is more up to date, tekkit's version of mystcraft or the version for minecraft?
Is there at all a way to force a particular instability to occur on a world even with instability off in options? I want to make an Age that causes weakness and mining fatigue when you're on the surface but I don't want to continually remake an age with decay on in the hopes it'll have either of particular decays, let alone both. That also includes through the use of NBTedits or other external programs (presumably before an age is actually visited)
which is more up to date, tekkit's version of mystcraft or the version for minecraft?
Probably the version that you find on binarymage, the creator of Mystcraft's webpage.
The mod developer's house caught fire, but he said it's not going to be an impediment to progress.
Will this work on 1.4.5? Probably not, right?
Works fine for me, using 1.4.5.
What this mod needs it some server management stuff, like easier to see which worlds are named and who's in them. Perhaps something to prevent players from creating too many worlds in a short time.

Having to do cleanup with over 1400 worlds all listed by number is inviting mistakes.
How come in every age I generate, I randomly set on fire for about 5 seconds every 15 seconds?
