I want to thank everyone at Valve for creating this masterpiece.
And to conclude this email, I would like to ask if there is a chance to
get an autograph; one that I can frame and hang on my wall to remind me of
one day working at Valve and be part of the creating process.

I did basically the same thing last week, I emailed Gabe and forwarded it to Alison.
Same thing happened to me, I emailed Robin Walker about sending in The Orange Box/Left 4 Dead 2 to valve to be autographed and he forwarded it to Alison.
I emailed Gabe asking how many pieces of crumpled paper I had to send to him before I got an autograph, but he didn't reply

I sent an email to Zoid and he responded like one minute right after. (I'm not joking)
Then we went back and forth for a bit.
They're pretty instant, I wasn't expecting a response for a week, but I got one the next day.
I asked robin why the sniper and wheatley stay upright almost all the time even though they are Australian.
Wheatley is British
I asked them for some father's day gifts for my dad. They said yes!

I'm from the US and awaiting something. Alison Krey asked me for my address and I haven't heard anything since.
