they're fielding emails from hundreds (if not thousands) of people per day. Getting a response is kind of a lottery. They read them all, but only respond to a relative few.

As a side-note, does anyone have the contact information of the people that made the Plush Turrets? I'm interested in the technical specs of those things, I want to know how they rigged everything for when I make my mini plastic/polyurethane ones to send to the Portal 2 team.

Also, any good suggestions for PoTaTOS material for the actual potato? Foam doesn't cut it, and I don't want it to be cheap.

Took about a week for my jewel case. Their jewel case gift took about 4 business days.
