Guys, I sent an email a month ago asking if I could buy a L4D poster, send it in and have Gabe/the development team sign it. Today in the mail came a L4D2 Dead Center poster with a crap load of signatures on it. When I frame it, I'll take pics. i hope all this about getting free stuff from valve doesn't get out of hand i mean, they're an awesome company and the fact that they do this proves it, but it would be a shame to see it overused

Oh god, the "Cheating the grenade puzzle with the gravity gun" email on the first page was so hilarious. One of my friends seems to blindly hate steam and all of valve's games (the type of person who would rather play "COD") so he decided to send Gabe telling him why Portal 1 apparently was such a horrible game, and Gabe replied saying; "Thanks for letting us know, we'll never make another Portal game ever again." - Gabe :v:

I once emailed Gabe about some bad console commands in the Source engine, he never replied but the game got patched a few days later so I assume he read it, no pictures because this was several years ago.

Unrelated, those console commands would not include when they used to have spawn codes for cut/missing HL2 npc's would they? That seemed to be fixed after orange box update for retail HL2, but care to share what bad console commands you knew of?
