Does anybody here know person who in Valve responsible for Valve Store? And most important, does anybody knows his e-mail?
I assume he'd not want to reveal it or his mail will be spammed with "GIB FREE GAYME PLZ"
How long did it take for the people to reply to you, because I sent an email 3 weeks ago
How long did it take for the people to reply to you, because I sent an email 3 weeks ago
I got a reply three weeks after I sent a message, other people had a reply a few hours after.
I never got a reply, I just got the gift in the mail without warning.
Does anybody here know person who in Valve responsible for Valve Store? And most important, does anybody knows his e-mail?
Dude's name is Arsenio, according to game in an interview he did a few months back. that's all I know, but it might help.
Just about the last six pages seem to be about getting free swag.
Does it matter who you send these emails to because it seems Joel always replies.
Just about the last six pages seem to be about getting free swag.
People like free stuff. In my day, asking for free things was only *slightly* better than stealing, but everyone now seems to think it's okay to do that. Okay. You can get anything you like if you just spend money on it. I guess what I'm trying to say is "don't get used to the free rides." If there were a flag for "old fuddy-duddy" I'd flag myself.
Just about the last six pages seem to be about getting free swag.
I didn't ask for swag though, I asked for signatures on my games. I hope they'll come back in under 3 months
I was just sent a Saxton Hale's Mildy Thrilling Tales cover, and it's signed! Trouble is, it's in thick, silver pen, and I can't decipher it in the slightest. It looks like it says Pak, Palk, Rak, or Ralk or something. Does anybody know who the hell signed this picture?
They send everyone the same thing. I got one signed "Ash" [editline]2nd June 2011[/editline]
:buddy:
You're going to get a Saxton Hale comic

-snip-
I can understand while they send everyone the same thing, everyone is asking for something on their fucking birthday.

I sent my e-mail on the 18th of last month, and still no reply. Then again, I did leave a rather large wall of text for him.
If Valve doesn't reply to your email within the day or the next, you're not going to get a reply.
I always think about asking for an autograph and then backing out because of all the people asking and I don't want to spam their inbox. I wait a week and think about it again and suddenly there's 10 more people getting autographs. This cycle has been repeating for two months.
Maybe you could be one of the 10 next week! Go for it. The worst they can do is ignore you.
Like 2 months ago I sent an email to Alison and asked if I could have something signed to put up my wall. This Tuesday I got a mail from Joel Hatfield saying he wanted my mailing adress! :neckbeard:

I heard that there gone now.
