How do you guys right your emails asking for things from Valve? Because I've tried to write something multiple times, but each time it just looks like I'm begging, and I respect Valve too much to send an email begging the for free stuff

You might talk about the game you like the most and maaybe, you'll end up getting a this franchise's goodie signed. Say that you know it might be a bit rude or impolite, but ask them if it is possible to recieve just anything signed by anyone.

I've got some good news and bad news. The good news is: Just got my Poster and Portal 2. And the bad news is : Poster is ripped on the left side. And Portal 2 is NTSC version, so it's unplayable for me European. But, atleast i got something from the FOR FREE. So they do everything for their customers. Valve... YOU ARE AWESOME COMPANY!
