I really think some of the things he has made have some great potential to be added in to TF2. He's focused his efforts almost entirely on TF2, and I would love to see one of his models put into the game at some point. Instead of begging, you could've said "please" or "I'm sorry" at least once. And you also seem like you just need free swag signed by some people because sending the email to Gabe would look like you really want your email to be read by himself. Instead, you looked like "Who do I contact to get free stuff?". It's kind of funny that Condition Zero was in Valve's hands just for some time before they gave it to Gearbox, then to Ritual Entertainment and then Turtle Rock Studios.

Doesn't really matter where you send, it all gets forwarded to Alison Krey I think. Can't tell you about the time of reply, depends. Takes 30 minutes or about a week or two for them to reply.
