So I ended up finding this thread when looking for a way to get my Portal poster signed. The day I found this, I ended up sending an email to Mary and a couple days later she gave me the go ahead and told me I could ship my 70's poster to Valve for signing.

Needless to say, I'm crazy excited, and also adore Mary :P

So yeah, created this account to say thanks to everyone here, so thanks, peoples!

Free, it's just big-ass paper envelopes that you get in the mail. You don't have to pay postage.

Me and a friend are about to send an email to Joel and Mary. (I send a email to Joel, he sends one to Mary) And I've got some questions, because I've never actually sent an english email to anyone. I'm also asking about a CS: GO key, but it's a feedback email after all.

Is he the right person to send a feedback email, where I talk about using Steam, what I like about Valve and their games?

Should I write "Dear Joel/Dear Mary" or just simple "Hello Joel/Hello Mary"?

What's the best way to send pictures to them? Do they ignore emails that have content in the appendix? I'm using Windows Live Messenger and the friend of me GMX.
