So it seems that frontdesk forwarded my email onto several artists in valve, I've received one from Bronwen and Andrew Wilson. Both have given me some really useful information!

I don't know if anyone has answered this already or if anyone even cares, but they invented the GravGun when they realized that they needed to give the player an instrument to really influence the world, which added more depth and let the player use the cool physics of the Source engine.
So I have a problem with some games on my account (games are blocked because I purchased them in a different country) and the steam support was absolutely helpless.
I sent an e-mail asking for help to frontdesk, stating that steam support does not help me and if there is a way to remove those games from my account.
They have just resent the email to steam support without even reading it resulting in an even more helpless situation. Why can't valve be awesome when speaking to me :(
Decided to give it a shot:

I do feel kinda bad for asking for free stuff.
(yes the logo was a disaster, i even managed to make the rubber cylinder of my dremel's sanding bit explode)

Because that's not what the frontdesk's about. They'll basically forward your message to the right person or address, in this case the steam support since you have a problem with your games. If you tell the support that their answer didn't help or that your issue isn't solved yet I'll bet they'll continue to help you!
And if you're contacting frontdesk just because steam support told you that they won't remove your games (which they don't) you should just accept that and move on.

I actually sent that card using only the internet. Found a website that makes such cards, looked for a private invite, looked for coupons so it wouldnt cost 30$ and finally sent it. The cover isnt all that good but it was one of the best the site had. Im glad she liked it.

My CS GO key has just arrived! Thank you Mary!
Anyone that had success in contacting anyone from valve, could you relay to them a question about the Steam API from me?, I really am feeling lost in this issue and mail archives wont help since most mods don't use Steam API.
I have tried quite a few emails and no replys :(

If it's for a mod try posting about it on hlcoders anyway.
And I'll assume you've tried Gabe, he usually forwards it on to the right person.
Off the top of my head, try Robin, Josh W, whoever's 'in charge' of L4D and CS, and the Twitter accounts; I know @csgo_dev is active and pretty reliable at getting responses from.

Emailed Mary asking for address to send a package to Valve.
Also asked what her favorite animal is.
I asked if it was true that they give stuff to people that ask for it. apparently I am now getting a birthday present from valve.
Got an answer:

She is really awesome(and Valve ofcourse).
Aw man.
I'm going to feel like crap if I don't like what they send me.
I can't lie to myself.
I think I'm just going to buy it instead.
because messaging them going "Can I have ____ for free." is kind of.. weird.
Fun fact: Mary's favorite animal is the Dolphin.
Here's how the tour went down.
We first chatted with the two receptionist/HR people, who were both extremely chatty and friendly. First, we saw Gabe's knife collection. It was pretty big, with a couple knives from special people, like Locke's knife which JJ Abrams gave Gabe. The guy who was giving us the tour worked for a knife shop, and Gabe, a frequenter at the shop, hired him.
There was a wall devoted to fan stuff: Postcards, posters, letters, and birthday cards for Gabe.
We then walked over towards the IT portion of the floor, and Mike Blaszczak made a sudden appearance and gave us a tour of the local sever room. Their servers are running Windows 7 from what I saw on the connected LCD screen. We then toured the game rooms.
They do not have cubicles, but computers/desks on wheels which each person is assigned, and they can move them around to different potions of the building to work on whatever project they want at whatever time.
There were a ton of people in the TF2 room, and many jokes about hats were had. Apparently when the hat economy started occurring, they brought in a economist from Greece to chat about their microeconomy they created.
We walked briefly past the Counter Strike area, and all I could see was someone designing the main menu screen and some code.
I tried to pry about Episode 3, but he laughed and stated the current games that were out and publicly released. Another person on the tour, someone from /v/, was very happy with how he worded it and looked like he caught something I didn't.
The rest of the tour was basically talking about the working structure of the company, how they have no bosses, and their food is all free.
They ended the tour with giving us all goodie bags, which consisted of DOTA 2 keys, a portal 2 shirt, plush companion cube, a Scout key-chain, and a neat Aperture Science water bottle. We chatted for a bit about how to get into technology carriers (Make something cool, prove your worth to the company), and small talk.
DOTA 2 keys.
If you don't want your key, I'll take it. :v:
If you don't want your key, I'll take it. :v:
My family (father, mother, me, lil' sister) did the tour with me, and I don't think my sister or father would really want the keys (after they described it to my mother, she said she would try it because it sounded like a puzzle game). I'll probably give you one.
Could I have your dads one if he didn't want it? :v:
Added on to my package to Valve (I have to get around to sending it)
It now includes:
-3 hats (1 pepsi, 1 7up, 1 Lipton)
-handwritten note
-a small glass tiger
-a notecard that reads:
HL2:EP3 for me?
Check one.
[]Yes! [] NO.
Coolio
Send a finger to them and say if they don't release it you'll cut off more of your fingers and eventually you won't be able to play games anymore and they will have lost a fan.

Anyone want to offer me their fingers?
I drew a cat and sent it to the frontdesk, i hope they like it
You should draw her a dolphin. Marys love dolphins.
So I got a reply from Mary and replied back with my address and information yesterday.
I didn't get a new reply after that, should I be worried? :I
:suicide: I'm a fool.

Nope.

Just email the front desk telling them what days you would be available to take a tour, and they'll say what time and the address of the place.
The office is actually a bit secret and has no outside sign or such saying where it is. The building's directory does not even list it, so you need to go through them.
