These emails go to the whole team and we all take a stab at reading them and replying. It's just one of many ways that we keep in touch with what's important in the community. Sometimes we don't reply directly in email because the most valuable way for use to reply is to do research on a bug/suggestion and implement positive changes in the game.

That said, I do have some thoughts on the emails the reach us:

- Email us, not Robin. He just just forwards TF specific email to the team anyway.
- Politeness counts!

Yeah, I'm wondering what could be in there too. The STS Secret Shop that we "earned" the gifts from are really something, but it shouldn't be 16 pounds worth of merchandise.

Either way the stuff I'm getting from the shop is awesome. Everything from DOTA 2 t-shirts to The Sacrifice book to DOTA 2 concept art. I'm gonna take pictures when it comes; it's really something I'm looking forward to opening.
