Well I'm a step ahead, as mine gets to the little splash credits screen, then the game disappears.

Can't tell if that's supposed to be an anti-transgender bigotry comment or you just don't know.
Gonna assume the latter.

(Hint buddy, She's Trans)
I double click Max payne 3 Comes up with the usual "Preparing to launch..." then it just closes, nothing happens. Same thing if I try to launch the exe directly.

ROCKSTAR: DELAY 2 WEEKS, PRODUCT STILL DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY.
"Service Pack 1 Required" error...?
I've read that some people are complaining about mouse lag and how it's sluggish. Can anyone confirm aiming is an issue, just like the console version?

Yet another spectacular failure for PC launch from Rockstar, bravo well done.
Well fuck this shit, I'm going to sleep before I get too impatient and break something I don't want to.
"Service Pack 1 Required" error...?
Yep I get that, run it through the exe in steam folder then you will get a nice welcoming crash to desktop
Pre-load never works for me.
I swear to god if I have to re-download the game...
I'll be fine with that because its 1AM it will probably be done when I wake up.
GUYS, restart steam completely, solves my SP1 error and crash to desktop
