So the problem I'm still having is this: My dlc shows up in the marketplace, but hitting download does nothing. As such I am unable to use any of it in the game. The only thing that shows up in part is the gorilla mask. In the loadout section of the customization, it lets me choose which version of the mask to use when I have it in my loadout, yet when I set up a loadout it is not there as an option. Unless I need a higher level for it I'm not sure what to do. None of the classic characters or extra weapons appear at all though.

Just finished the story, was actually really surprised at how well the game ran considering the last R* game I played on PC was GTA 4 and the game play mechanics are steller, loved every second of it

You've gotta rank up to rank 4 first before the stuff shows up initially. But, if you've already done that and the DLC's not accessible, then something's wrong - you don't have to download that DLC because it's already in the game (yet they show it as downloadable; crazy devs).

I Can't either, i've been sitting here getting an static ip and forwarded my ports but the fucker still gives me the "ALERT CONNECTION" shit. i'm done with the multiplayer for now untill someone finds a solution to this god damn mess. They need to fix the multiplayer connection stuff on their end. Since I've gotten it, I've been disconnected from servers when my ping was fine everywhere else, de-sync'ed, unable to join with the party I was in half the time, etc etc etc.
NAT type is open, ports forwarded, etc. It's quite aggravating.

Well I haven't been keeping up with this thread fully so sorry if this has been said. But, I just got this game and it wont even run at all and I can't find any fixes on google.

Is there a Multiplayer steam group? I joined the crew, But I have the retail version so I don't know whenever these get togethers are
Every few games in multiplayer I get an issue where I get an infinite loading screen, I don't know if anyone else gets it but it's damn annoying.
I think my multiplayer issues come from me deleting my social club account and redoing it with a new name.
But I was still able to play a round of multiplayer on my second account. I'm confused.
Also I just checked and my level went up from 2 to 3 without me playing. What the fuck?
Some screenshots in this game just look plain awesome due to the Euphoria physics that are in it.

I am past level 4 and cannot use any of it. I swear I've seen a screenshot(in this thread even) of a guy with all these dlc packs, but they actually say "Downloaded" instead of "Download" next to them.
And does turning off the game during a cutscene restart the scene when you continue the game next? I feel like taking a break after a scene when the action starts loses that intense movie scene feeling you get after watching a cutscene.

And does anyone else find the bulletime duration quite short in singleplayer? Does this have the potential to increase? Is it difficulty based as well(playing on hard)?

The 1911 & Beretta off course, one of the most OP loadouts you can make. I know this because i use it myself.
I sent a pm to join the crew. In the meantime there seems to be some sort of stuttering issue that i'm getting exclusively for multiplayer.
Dual wield pistols don't make me mad anymore. Dual M10s and M10/whatever that other one hand SMG loadouts do. Seriously, they are way too accurate at range (with laser pointer) and kill so fast.
I am really conflicted with myself over this game.
I only have enough money to buy this, and no other games this summer. Should I get it or not? I keep seeing stuff from that stadium and just wanna replay that level over and over again.
