I found most of the shotguns, snipers, and other weapons that weren't fully automatic or pistols, totally useless. The game goes WHOA LOOK IT'S TIME YOU GET A COOL SCOPED MP5 but NOPE it fuckin sucks dicks the AK was so much better to shoot with than anything with a scope.

I understand M10s kicking my ass in closequarters when i'm shooting at them with an AK, but ultimately the AK's really just more of a fallback weapon than a mainstay compared to how much more useful dual-wielding pistols (or a single pistol on unarmored targets, even) and the M10s are. It bugs me a lot for some reason that one-handed weapons near-completely outclass all the two-handed ones.

Getting 3 shot by a pistol while not killing someone with 3 from a 2 hander is really annoying. I would agree.
The Mini .30s in the team game modes are getting to be really fucking frustrating. I'm trying out different guns that aren't duel wields and I keep on getting picked off by those guys. Really hope Rockstar addresses that shit.

The game itself runs pretty well, it's probably the most optimized PC port Rockstar's done. I'd recommend being wary, however, if you're aiming to get it for its multiplayer, as that seems to have major connection issues on Rockstar's side. Just as well, retail copies seem to have issues in booting up due to the file names and executable having spaces.
Also, some guy on 4chan claims that the infinite loading loops aren't actually infinite; it's rather stalling to wait for everyone to fully load the game, which can vary wildly between people naturally. Thinks that with people thinking the game's stuck in a loop and quitting, it just makes a cycle of 'looping' and making it worse. I'd take it with a grain of salt until people somehow prove this, though.

It probably has to do with what bullets actually hit the players, if it's say x bullet hit player then x gun will gain XP and if y bullet hit player then y gun gains XP

You get to be in the 6th best crew in the world. And you also get additional XP if you play with crew members (assists I mean)
Shit, the 608 Bull is amazing. 1-2 shots to kill if you are a good shot.
my most effective weapon is the pt92 amazingly, 47% effectiveness
I also find it funny how my k/d ratio is 0.39 or so and my vendetta win/loss ratio is fucking FOUR

I'm getting the feel that using only 1 pistol makes it more accurate, I'm killing people faster with 1 pistol compared to akimbo most of the time except in close range. I'm not sure though, using 1 pistol just feels better.
I feel like it makes zero difference to your accuracy. I mean, it should. But it doesn't. Because you're fuckin max payne
