Can you stay in bullet time forever, or does it deplete at the normal rate but then instantly recharges?
You can stay in it forever.
I want a video of someone going through an entire level start to finish in bullet time.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that had trouble doing that part.
I want a video of someone going through an entire level start to finish in bullet time.
I'd do it. Any level you want in particular?
After you do it, speed it up to normal speed so it looks like you have insane reflexes.

Maybe one of the Hoboken levels, or the nightclub.
Just another day at the office.

I've tried doing score attack to unlock unlimited bullet time but fuck the cutscenes I've seen them twice now.
why does it say Still loading anyway? Without cutscenes playing it would probably load much faster
I've tried doing score attack to unlock unlimited bullet time but fuck the cutscenes I've seen them twice now.
You think that's bad? My game crashed twice, and I died once in the very last section of the stadium mission.
I got killed by the very last guy in the stadium. It was awful.
It's really weird how the cover and enemy accuracy work. If an enemy stops firing and then you begin to peek out, they instantly start firing again unless they're reloading or somehow injured/occupied. If you peek around cover outside of bullet time, they typically have the ability to peg you from across an entire area with ease. If you try to run-and-gun normally, you'd more than likely get mowed down insanely fast.
The instant bullet time turns on, the enemy difficulty drops until it turns back off; your bullets are barely slowed whatsoever except in last kills which allows for headshot sprees, the enemies slowly react to your movements while you can twist around and fuck shit up, and poking out or even running about out of cover is instantly plausible as the enemies become sitting ducks awaiting the slaughter.
I understand that, well, Bullet Time is meant to do that, that's why it's so limited and special as well as necessary for use. It's just such a sharp contrast, to the extent that you need to use Bullet Time repeatedly to stand a chance or else get mowed down without much of a given opportunity to even pick off enemies unless you're insanely good. Trying to run New York Minute Hardcore without ever using bullet time would probably be an utter nightmare.

I had cut out the particularly long cutscenes in this level, which is the reason for those awkward cuts. Sorry about that.
That bullet time video really makes you see how little gameplay there is in the campaign. It's all in slow motion, some of the cutscenes weren't edited out, and it's still under 10 minutes. I really wish they had let you maintain control during most of the cutscenes, especially the ones where Max just like opens a door or something.

Hell, Dean could pose it, add effects, and even voice act it. Basically a youtube video of the MP1/2 graphic novel style. A man can dream.

Bought this off Amazon
Had the infamous black-screen-after-legal-text
Restarted my steam like a sensible person, downloads a patch that's just under a gig

Let's see you do that again WITHOUT 2 PT92's, then we'll be impressed. Those guns are some of the most overpowered handguns I have ever stumbled upon in videogaming.
Is it just me, or would anyone else kill for Max's Hawaiian shirt?
His Panama shirt is pretty awesome.

you could just buy it from rockstar warehouse
Gawd dayumn, multiplayer really could use some balancing

And dedicated servers. Half my deaths are me dying instantly, seeing the post-death record, and seeing fucking 11 holes in my body.
I just finished the game on hard, and for some reason, it didn't unlock anything. I had free aim off. Does anyone know if having the golden guns on has any effect?
I hope I don't have to go back through the whole game again.
Just beat this game, it owns. The easiest difficulty was really hard for me, but it was a really satisfying challenge. I'll probably play it over again just to see if I can beat it without eating painkillers like candy.

I think the Golden Guns gave you 10% increased accuracy and 10% Extra Ammo
